The Foundation for Legal Technologies announces about the completion of the legal essay competition 2005-2006.
We thank all young people who sent their works for the interest to human rights problems, the public interests legal protection, for the shown creative and research abilities!
After competitive works’ estimation, experts noted with great satisfaction the works’ urgency, the creative approach and independent thinking of the essay preparation, good knowledge of a material and various areas of the law. Members of the Expert Commission got acquainted with works with big interest in which competitors had shown their personal attitude to the problem situations and interest in their solution.
The Expert Commission chose the best works of Competition of a legal essay 2005-2006. They are:

The public legislative initiative in Belarus: the institute of direct democracy or system of "dead" legal regulations?

The  right to ecological information.

Some aspects of the Constitutional Court of Belarus activity as body of the constitutional justice.

On behalf of the Foundation for Legal Technologies we congratulate authors of works!
Authors of these works will be awarded with Diplomas of winners of the legal essay Competition. The winners of the competition have the right to use all preferences of  competition participants, and also till May, 16, 2006 they will receive personal offers on participation in the international familiarizing tours and trainings during summer 2006.
All competitors will receive Certificates of competition participants.

The competition participants receive the priority right to participation in educational actions of the Foundation for Legal Technologies. Competition participants receive the right during three years to address to the Foundation for Legal Technologies for letters of recommendation for participation in national and international programs.
