The new educational course "Council of Europe System of Human Rights Protection" is organized by the Legal Transformation Centre (Minsk, Belarus), Foundation for Legal Technologies Development (Kiev, Ukraine) and the "People in Need" (Prague, Czech Republic). The course is designed for former participants of the Summer Camps on Human Rights 2005-2010 and Competitions of Essay on Human Rights, as well as for law students of Belarusian universities, and is being held from November 2010 to May 2011.
